Whaddup ?

I'm getting my workout back on track, i gotta hit the gym which to me sounds like a joke when your work is to
work out all day long (dancing) but i know that all separate kinds of workout have different sorts of benefits....
with that being said i'm getting into apps, foods, bars, shakes and other stuff to try out and see what's in there.
